Future Training Programs

CFS offer a variety of professional training and capacity building programs that improves and enhances the skills and abilities of the individuals. The programs work toward the goal of conducting capacity building workshops for professionals, training ecotourism interpreters/naturalists and outbound training activities based on Yagirala Field Research Center and at the same time Strengthening Environmentally-conscious niche ecotourism at all levels by fostering professional development and knowledge exchange.

CFS possesses extensive experience and expertise in the design, delivery and evaluation of professional training and capacity building programs.

  • Institutional Training and Capacity Assessments:
    CFS undertakes comprehensive training and capacity building needs assessments that address the needs of individual learners as well as the institution. CFS will collect the data, complete the analysis and provide a detailed assessment of training needs and an implementation roadmap to achieve employee excellence by offering a superior experience with nature.
  • Professional Training Workshops:
    With its highly experienced panel of experts, CFS conduct variety of professional training and capacity building workshops to educate the private sector forestry professionals/interested parties on concepts and applications of natural resources management and sustainable forestry practices.
  • School Students Capacity Building:
    CFS design and deliver school student training and in-service capacity building programs. CFS’s training prepares current and future school leaders to manage and experience environmental based leaning and leadership programs.
  • Youth Groups:
    CFS has considerable experience in designing, executing, monitoring and evaluating study tours that expose participants to a unique nature based experiences. CFS can develop unique study tour opportunities based on the needs of client and facilitate peer mentoring, site visits and long-term institutional partnerships.
