World Wetland Day 2021

Sri Lanka Land development Corporation in collaboration with the Center for Sustainability of the Department of Forestry and Environmental Science, University of Sri Jayewardenepura organized a program to celebrate World Wetland Day on 2nd of February 2021. Dr. Jagath Gunawardena was the Chief Guest of the event. Several developments implemented by the Center for Sustainability in Diyasaru Park for visitor awareness were opened to the public. The CFS’s educational website on Colombo Wetlands (https://colombowetlands.org/) was also launched during this event.
